Daniel O. Chute, CIH, CSP
President and Founder

Dan brings more than 30 years of professional experience to the company. He has extensive experience in preparing and delivering industry-specific and site-specific training programs; mobilization of inspection, testing and training teams for multiple sites over widely-scattered areas; preparing of written compliance programs and operating procedures; and, the design and completion of research and special studies.


Julie Sobelman, CIH, CSP, LEED AP
Health and Safety Programs

Julie is an experienced Certified Industrial Hygienist with more than 30 years in the industry. Her background includes program development, assessments, compliance and management system evaluations and delivery of training programs.


Richard E. Fairfax, CIH
Group Leader, Safety Health and Environment (SHE)

Rich comes to the company with more than 34 years of professional experience within the U.S. Department of Labor – OSHA. Rich retired as Deputy Assistant Secretary responsible for the supervision of the work of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s 10 Regional Offices across the country and the Directorates of Enforcement and Construction.


Mico J. Miller
Environmental Compliance Programs

Mico has more than 30 years of project management and technical writing experience. His background includes 17 years of specialized work experience involving environmental protection programs, employee training, and petroleum facilities and operations with a major oil company.


Nick Sunseri, CSP
Project Manager

Nick has almost 10 year of experience as an environmental, health & safety professional. His background includes working in various industries such as construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, and construction. He has experience developing and managing EHS related trainings, conducting incident investigations, managing EHS programs and performing EHS audits.


Jonathan Robertson, CIH
Senior Industrial Hygienist

Jonathan is a Certified Industrial Hygienist with over 15 years of experience. He has worked on a variety of projects that include the areas of industrial hygiene, indoor air quality and mechanical ventilation assessment in commercial, governmental, educational, and health-care facilities. With his years of experience and technical knowledge he continues to successfully assist clients with their project needs.

Business and Human Resources Manager

Rose, as the company’s business manager, brings 30+ years of professional experience to the company that allows her to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
